The ultimate comfort bikes and trikes with a large comfortable seat – like sitting on a sofa!  There is a backrest that supports you, removing the pressure off your hands, neck, back and rear end.  Ride longer and farther without getting sore!  Pedals are way forward of the seat.  Some pedals are high putting your body in a flat aerodynamic position.  Some pedals are low for ease of starting off.  There are short – medium – long wheel base recumbents.  Short wheel base turns in a smaller area.  Medium wheelbase and long wheel base are more stable.  Some have shocks both front and rear.  Seats are closer to the ground than a regular bike making it much easier to get on and off.  Prices start at $1195.00.
